About Me

Brad Folliott

(videographer)

Where do I start?

I have two major passions in life, sports and creativity. I was fortunate enough to have a father in broadcasting so I was able to have some pretty cool experiences with both growing up.

I played rep sports for Kitchener while spending most Friday nights with my dad at the Kitchener Rangers games as we made the rounds to visit his colleagues in the broadcast booth and more importantly to me, the sound booth.

I will never forget it for as long as I live. My fathers friend called us into the sound booth at the Aud with an excited grin on his face. He popped in a tape and said “I just got this from New York, it’s their new goal song” and he played for me what is now the Kitchener Rangers goal song. I went to another world. From that point on I have had a soft spot for the art of game ops and eliciting a reaction through music and visuals.

I have 3 years of radio broadcasting experience and 10 as a cinematographer and freelance video editor with a regular gig at MSN Canada as a cinematographer and editor for a program called MSN Exclusives. I have worked with major artists like Serena Ryder, Metric and Tegan & Sara to name a few.

Just recently I became head coach of my son’s hockey team and ignited a brand new passion I never knew that I had. Coaching kids. Being at the rink every week with kids that share the same passion for the game that I do is everything for me.

This is my way of combining all of my passions to create the best possible product for you with the passion showing in the final result.
